Pants, Part 2

I got into those jeans!
Woo hoo!
Today I'm wearing the pants I wrote about on the 11th. They are seriously baggy. In two weeks I won't be able to wear them anymore unless I get big, red floppy shoes to go with them. Amazing.
When I was down at 200, I wore a size 36. I was getting to the point where I might need to go to a size 34. The last time I wore a size 34 I was in the 8th grade.
My wife asked me about my goal this weekend. I told her I was shooting for 185. I haven't weighed 185 since I was in the 7th grade. No kidding.
But it isn't all about weight. The goal weight is the byproduct of a healthy lifestyle, which means changing the way you look at food and stress.
I know what I'm talking about because I've been there. I know what it's like to be that healthy person, how good it feels. I had a good long run of years when I was fit and happy. Kind of amazing that I've gone so far off course after being on track for so long, but it shows that it can happen to anyone.
