Saturday, February 2nd, 2008Today's weekly weigh in: 236 pounds.
I'm down 6 pounds from last week.
Here's what happened:
I changed my diet. I went to a low-carb, low-fat diet. Glops and slops and low fat meat. I ate as much of that as I wanted and I never truly felt hungry (except for the day I fasted). I didn't work out, not once.
I don't expect to have a 6 pound loss every week but a drop like that sure feels good!
