I'm down 3 pounds from last week. I've crossed the first 20lb line! (down 21 from Christmas)
Here's what happened:
Well, I'm not doing a good job of eating enough. I had a few days where I really ate nothing at all until dinner. This isn't the way to do it, folks.
That said, I actually feel really, really good. My energy level is through the roof.
Time to start working out.
I wrote about running awhile back. That's my preferred form of exercise. However, at 250 I didn't have much success getting back into the swing of things. First off, it hurt (which meant I was overdoing it). Second, I just didn't have the get up and go to make it happen.
Now that I've dropped the equivalent of a sack of dog food off my gut, I feel like I can and want to hit the road again. I'm going to blast out tomorrow morning and see how it goes.
And for those of you reading along, yes I did have a cinnamon roll this morning. MMMMM! Carb day! ![]()
